Currently, I
am pursuing a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education at Ball State University and will graduate in May of 2007.
My familiarity
with multiple facets of student affairs and ministry has provided me with extensive experience in working with college students
and an understanding of their developmental needs. Furthermore, I gained skills critical to promoting student growth, including
strong communication, program development and implementation, attention to detail, adaptability, an understanding of student
development theories, and the ability to organize, supervise, and work with diverse groups. My passion is creating an environment
that addresses the developmental needs of students within the context of community. I desire to link my experience, education, and skills with the vision of an
institution of higher education to foster faith, community, and student development.
